The following operational materials are intended to guide the JWHCA board in caring for our family cemetery. These documents are adapted from those used by other small family cemeteries, primarily those located in Washington County. We created the Burial Plot Reservation Agreement as a way to assist families in funeral planning. There is no requirement to submit a burial reservation to the JWHCA, but it is strongly recommended. By making your wishes known, you are assured that they will be followed and you relieve your next of kin of the burden of making burial arrangements during a stressful time. There is no cost to reserve a plot but you may wish to give a tax deductible donation to offset the cost of perpetual care.
